On April 18, at the London Book Fair 2023, the signing ceremony for cooperation in the international publishing of An Open China: Creating a New Dynamic in the New Era and other China-themed books was held. The ceremony was sponsored by China International Communications Group (CICG) and organized by Foreign Languages Press (FLP).

Held at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai) from November 5 to 10, the Fifth China International Import Expo (CIIE) attracted participants from 145 countries and regions and international organizations.
