Selected Readings from the Works of Xi Jinping (Volume I&II) Published in French, Russian, Arabic and Spanish

BEIJING, June 17 (Xinhua) – The French, Russian, Arabic and Spanish editions of the first two volumes of Selected Readings from the Works of Xi Jinping (Selected Readings) have been published by Foreign Languages Press for distribution both in China and abroad.

These two volumes contain a compilation of President Xi Jinping’s important works from November 2012 to October 2020, beginning with his report to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) – “Uphold Socialism with Chinese Characteristics and Strive in Unity to Build a Modern Socialist Country in All Respects”. The subsequent material is arranged in chronological order.

The Selected Readings records in an engaging way how the CPC Central Committee with Xi Jinping at its core has led the Chinese people in opening up a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics and achieving new successes. Since their publication in March, the first two volumes of the English edition of the Selected Readings have received warm responses in China and abroad.
